Payment accepts payment by Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB.

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the purchased item is shipped.
Payment is made via a secure, encrypted SSL connection, offered by NETS Danmark A / S (PBS)

MobilePay is also accepted.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and Euros and include current Danish VAT.
EAN payments to non-public companies will be rejected and referred to by card payment or bank transfer.

At, we typically ship items sold within 1-3 days after we have received an order. An e-mail will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address when the order is registered!

In cases where a work of art is on a remote storage, by the very nature, we can’t deliver within 1 – 3 days after receipt of the order, and you must expect 2-3 days extra delivery time, which we can observe in most cases. We take precautions for the high season periods, winter weather, error sorting and delays at the carrier’s transporters and other circumstances which is out of our control, in return, we inform you by email.

Costs such as postage, packaging, removal costs, handling are included in the price of all items that cost more than DKK 1,500, -. or 200 Euros.

We reserve the right to request prepayment, or to completely reject any order in case of suspicious circumstances.

We deliver throughout Denmark with the exception of impassable islands unless otherwise agreed. If you do not hear anything when you have ordered, we can deliver according to the above.

Delivery outside Denmark

Packages to be delivered outside Denmark’s borders are also sent within 1-3 business days as soon as the buyer has approved the delivery costs via E-mail.


A right to complain is granted in 2 years in accordance with the Danish purchasing Act. The right of complain applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.

The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product. Please read the instructions that follow the product carefully. will cover any return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide bank details in advance by mail. E-mail:, so we can transfer the agreed amount. Upon receipt of the return item.

Repayment takes place once we have received the item as well as assessed and approved and by the same payment method as at the time of purchase. See. According to the law, it may take up to 30 days.


A full return of 14 days is given on goods purchased at Belles Webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

Failure to pick up at post office or “denied receipt” is not acceptable in accordance with current legislation. The buyer is obliged to pay the return fee. The condition of the product when you return it

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, condition and appearance of the item. In other words – you can rate the item in the same way as if you consider it in a physical store.

If the product has been overloaded or used in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.
